PRE-ORDER
Why should I pre-order your items?
Simply said; you save a lot of money and get them ahead of everyone else. Sounds good right? You can check out our product page for more information on our amazing early-bird offers.
What does Pre-Order mean and how does it work?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not yet released. We currently accept pre-orders for our 2022 collection. You get your product far before they are available in retail stores. You also profit from a limited early-bird offer for our first customers.
How do I know when the products are available for Pre-Order?
Sign up and become a part of our family. We will notify you once our products are available for Pre-Order.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
How long do I have to wait for my sneakers / bucket hat?
The sneakers and bucket hat will be delivered to you in December 2021. We know. It’s still a few months left but hey, times fly. And you still get them months ahead before they hit the retail stores in spring 2022.
How do I stay up to date about the manufacturing and shipping process?
We at Adar love to stay in contact with our customers and share our journey. Of course we will keep you updated throughout the whole manufacturing process and provide a tracking number once the product is shipped. You can always reach out to us by email for any questions: hello@adarbrand.com
Can I return the items?
Yes you can. We do everything in our power to ensure that you will love your item. If you don't, you can return it. Please read our shipping and returns Policy for more information.
What does Adar mean?
Adar is an acronym and means About designing abstract realities. A strong contradiction. Something abstract is often an idea, a concept not yet embodied. Sneakers made out of apples and bamboo...a few years ago that was unthinkable. We aim to materialize these ideas, be at the forefront of innovative fashion and continue to design abstract realities.
Why do you produce sneakers?
Most sneakers are made overseas in horrible working conditions and with terrible impact on the environment. We set out to change the sneaker and streetwear market. We believe that luxury can be ethical and combine design with vegan and sustainable materials and practices.
Why do you produce in Italy?
Wow, so many reasons. We are based in Italy and like to build a strong relationship with our partners. This allows us to visit the factories, build mutual trust and guarantee good working conditions. Furthermore the quality and craftsmanship of our partners and therefore our products is simply sensational.
PRODUCTS
Where are your products made?
We are based in Florence, Italy and are a Italian brand through and through. Both the sneakers (Veneto) and our bucket hats (Tuscany) are fully sourced and handmade in Italy. You can read the product description [here] to find out which premium materials we use.
Are all your products vegan?
